Airspace Advisory.
Independent rooftop development advice and consultancy.
We help Building Owners unlock their rooftop potential.
Airspace Advisory is a specialist and independent adviser on rooftop development. We assist building owners in adding value to their properties by unlocking their rooftop potential, capitalising on an otherwise unused asset.
Our services range from an initial consultation on the potential for rooftop development, to acting as development managers seeing projects through to completion, acting on your behalf as expert consultants. We can advise on every aspect of rooftop development, including the applicability of permitted development, achieving planning permission, overcoming technical challenges, addressing fire safety, managing relationships between freeholders and leaseholders, selecting development partners, optimising value, and structuring joint ventures.
Our team combines qualified architects, surveyors, project managers, real estate experts and engineers to provide comprehensive advice on the viability and methodology of rooftop development.
Our approach is bespoke to each building or project, identifying the opportunity, constraints and potential value that can be added by a rooftop addition.
Having worked on rooftop projects for over 20 years, our team has unparalleled experience in rooftop development in central London.
